The Three Arrows Cooperative Society is a democracy. The membership elects an 11-person Board of Directors to two-year, staggered terms. The Board conducts the business of the cooperative, subject to the approval of the membership. The Board consists of four officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary), the chairs of four committees that have permanent representation on the Board (Landscape, Management, Membership and Waterfront), and three At-Large members.
